Rockcliff Energy LLC
About
Rockcliff Energy is a well-capitalized, privately-held oil and gas company headquartered in Houston. The company was founded in January 2015 by the former leadership of Quantum Resources Management and QR Energy following the successful growth and monetization of those two oil and gas entities. Collectively, this is management's seventh company to build in partnership with our investors.
In addition to management’s investment and ownership, our outside investor group is led by Quantum Energy Partners, a leading private equity firm focused on the oil and gas industry. We also have numerous highly-regarded institutions, foundations and endowments investing directly alongside us in Rockcliff.
Our strategy is to continue management’s successful track record of delivering superior returns to our investors through the development of our Haynesville shale assets in East Texas. Thus far, our results have significantly exceeded our initial expectations.
