Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on Monday partially approved the rate structure and terms of service for Plains All American Pipeline LP's Cactus II crude and condensate line from the Permian Basin to the Corpus Christi, Texas, area.
SBM did not disclose terms. The structure is designed to produce 180,000 barrels of oil per day, and have a minimum storage capacity of 1.4 million barrels of crude oil, SBM said.
