Technip Norway has been awarded a gas compression contract for the marine operations of the Asgard field in the Norwegian Sea. The contract is valued at $2.1 billion.
Åsgard seabed gas compression is expected to increase recovery from Mikkel and Midgard fields by roughly 49 million barrels of oil equivalent.
