Hsu Chong Pin will replace Jason Goh as CFO of offshore service provider EMAS Offshore Ltd., the company said Jan. 26.
Hsu has more than 15 years’ experience in corporate finance, financial advisory, business development and investor relations. Most recently, he was head of business development and investor relations at Marco Polo Marine Ltd., a marine logistics group.
Hsu has a bachelor’s degree from York University in the U.K. and a master’s degree from Cambridge University in the U.K.
Lee Kian Soo, executive chairman, said Goh will continue to support the activities of EMAS Offshore’s parent company Ezra Holdings Ltd. Goh will have a new portfolio at the Ezra Group.
