Energy XXI announces that it expects to issue the following numbers of its US $0.005 common stock by an issue of new shares as a result of the vesting of employee restricted stock units (RSUs):
July 2012 RSUs- 1,274 Shares (June 2012 vesting)
The Company has made application for the 1,274 Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to become effective on 23 July 2012.
Following the Share issue, the Company has a total of 78,839,169 Shares in issue, excluding 309,643 treasury shares. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 78,839,169.
