Bibby Offshore has been awarded a multimillion-dollar contract award by Total E&P UK Ltd. for services in the U.K. Continental Shelf.
The project, including associated project management and engineering, will be carried out on the Ellon and Grant fields, located 435 km (270 miles) northeast of Aberdeen and in water depths of up to 135 m (443 ft).
The scopes will see Total use two of Bibby Offshore’s vessels—the dive-support vessel Bibby Polaris and the construction support vessel Olympic Ares— to deliver the services between July and September 2015.
This is the latest of a series of subsea services that Bibby Offshore has undertaken for Total in the North Sea since 2003.
