Samson Exploration LLC has completed a horizontal Codell discovery that initially flowed 976 bbl of oil, 180 Mcf of gas and 1.762 Mbbl of water per day. The #0214-10H Bridle is in Section 2-14n-66w of Laramie County, Wyo. It is producing from a Codell lateral drilled to the south to 22,608 ft, 9,016 ft true vertical, and It bottomed in Section 14-14n-66w. It was tested on a 1-in. choke following 44-stage fracturing between 9,349 and 21,908 ft.
