WildHorse Resources LLC has retained EnergyNet Inc to divest some of its operated properties in the Lisbon Field in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana.

WildHorse Resources’ has five producing wells and four non-producing wells in Sections 23, 26, 30 and 35, all in Township 21 North, Range 5 West, Claiborne Parish, Louisiana.

The properties have GWI from 31.64% to 100%, with operations in nine wells. The 12-month average net income from the properties is $82,028 per month. The six-month average production from five wells is 44 barrels of oil per day and 580 thousand cubic feet (Mcf) per day.

In addition, WildHorse Resources is also selling its non-operated working interest in a 16-well package in Bossier Parish, Louisiana and non-operated working interest in a 42-well package in Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, DeSoto, Lincoln, Ouachita, Union and Webster Parishes, Louisiana.
