White Oak Energy retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell in its June 11 auction multiple operated interest in Encinitas Field, Brooks County, Texas with net cash flow averaging $20,000 per month and 67 bbl/d and 2,107 Mcf/d.

Onsite bidding begins at 10 a.m. at the Sheraton North Houston Hotel located at 15700 JFK Blvd., Houston.

Data rooms are open by appointment through June 6 at 500 N. Sam Houston Parkway W, suite 150, Houston. Data packages can be accessed at ogclearinghouse.com.

Seller files and records will be available at the sale site for examination from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 10.
