White Oak Energy

White Oak Energy has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to negotiate the sale of its liquids-rich Vinton Field in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana.

The electronic data room for the sale opens Sept. 12 and bids are due Oct. 11.

The property includes recent net production around 450 barrels of oil equivalent per day, which generates monthly cash flows of about $1 million. The asset includes upside opportunities, with multi-pay salt dome and recompletion and infill drilling opportunities.
