Unitex Oil and Gas retained Lantana Energy Advisors operated working interests in the Eastern Shelf of the Permian Basin.

Bids are due Nov. 19. The purchase and sale agreement is expected to be signed on Dec. 2 with the transaction anticipated closing on Dec. 30. The transaction will have an effective date of Nov. 1.
