Union Gas Corp. has retained Griffis & Associates LLC to divest its producing assets in Goliad County, Texas. The package includes 16 active Wilcox wells with net production of approximately 15 million cubic feet of gas equivalent per day, 90% gas; 24,000 gross acres with 3-D seismic coverage; and more than 20 potential drilling locations.
