Suemaur Exploration & Production LLC has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell certain operated and nonoperated properties in Texas in a single divestment package. The package includes a 59% to 100% working interest (42% to 76% net revenue interest) in 12 producing wells (seven operated) in Willacy, Hidalgo and Brazoria counties.
