Stout Energy Inc.

Stout Energy Inc. has retained Simplex Energy Solutions to sell operated interests in West Texas.

The package includes 100% working interest (80.9% to 81.2% net revenue interest) in 1,600 acres in Elkhorn (Ellenberger) Field in Crockett County. The assets include 20 wells (five active and two saltwater disposal) producing 59.8 barrels of oil and 95,000 cubic feet of gas per day. Net monthly cash flow is $64,800.

Upside includes Queen/San Andres/Canyon potential, as well as restart potential in the Ellenberger.
