The state of Texas' University Lands retained EnergyNet to sell 396,866.694 net mineral acres in the Permian Basin in an online auction.
Bids are due in late September on 685 tracts located throughout the Delaware and Midland basins, the Central Basin Platform and the Ozona Uplift areas.
Potential buyers can register and prequalify for bidding on EnergyNet’s website. Instructions and user guides are available for online government lease sales.
