The state of North Dakota's department of trust lands retained EnergyNet to sell 180 tracts covering 24,818.95 gross (15,231.07 net) acres in a state auction.

The assets are located in Billings, Bowman, Burke, Divide, Dunn, Golden Valley, McKenzie, Mountrail, Renville, Stark, Ward and Williams counties, N.D.
