Samson Resources Co. has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell a package of operated assets in Texas.
The assets in the Chapel Hill field in Smith County, Texas, produce about 34 barrels of oil per day and 475,000 cubic feet of natural gas per day and generate average cash flows around $27,000 per month.
The sale will be held during a hybrid auction of 540 oil and gas properties and 168 lots on May 8, 2013.
