Petro-Canada UK Ltd., a subsidiary of Suncor Energy, has retained Scotia Waterous to sell operated and nonoperated interests the U.K. sector of the Central North Sea including the Guillemot Area.

The package includes operated interests in the Guillemot Area fields including in Licence P.021 Blocks 21/24a and 21/29a (100%), Licence P.013 Blocks 21/25a and 21/30a and Licence P.215 Block 21/29b (50%), and Guillemot West/North West fields (90%), Licence P.021 Block 21/24a, Licence P.353 Block 21/23b:Clapham, Pict and Saxon (100%).

Petro-Canada also holds nonoperated interests in Bittern Field (Shell), Licence P.361 Block 29/1b, Triton FPSO (Hess) and Moray Firth in the Scott and Telford areas.
