The package includes 49.25% working interest (39.4% net revenue interest) in 860.63 acres in Thunder Valley Field in Nolan County. The assets feature one active well targeting the Canyon Sand formation.
Production is 7.6 barrels of oil per day. Monthly cash flow is approximately $8,000.
