Onyx Oil & Gas Ltd.

Onyx Oil & Gas Ltd., Calgary, has retained Tristone Capital Inc. to divest certain properties in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. The properties are grouped into three major packages in: Three Hills Creek/Joffre, Greater Robsart/Vidora (Saskatchewan), and Fenn West. There are minor packages in the Kakwa, Comrey and Souza areas. Production is estimated at 1,830 barrels of oil equivalent per day, consisting of 9.5 million cubic feet of gas and 250 barrels of oil and gas liquids.
