Simplex Energy Solutions has been retained to sell overriding royalty interests in Eddy and Lea counties, N.M. The package includes 37 wells on 7,500 acres generating an average $7,864 per month. Production is 118 barrels of oil (0.2 net) and 10.97 million cubic feet (44,000 net) per day. Also included is the Quandry No. 1 offest that will begin drilling by mid- December.
