MegaEnergy Inc., Victory Energy Corp. and Saga Petroleum Corp. have retained Tristone Capital Inc. to sell Appalachian assets in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia. The New York and Pennsylvania package includes 33,700 gross acres (33.500 net) with three wells producing 217,000 cubic feet of gas per day net. Net monthly cash flow is $58,000. The West Virginia package includes 69,000 gross acres (65,000 net) with eight wells producing 894,000 cubic feet per day. Net monthly cash flow is $236,000. The sellers own operated producing and primary term leasehold across prospects targeting conventional Appalachian Basin reservoirs including Trenton Black River, Oriskany and Tuscarora which have Marcellus shale potential.
