Mediterranean Oil & Gas Plc has retained Stellar Energy Advisors to seek a partner for an offshore prospect in Malta.
The prospect is in offshore Area 4 covering 5,715 square kilometers adjacent to Libya. Mediterranean is operator with 90%. Leni Gas and Oil holds the remaining10%. Mediterranean is seeking a partner to fund its share of the first commitment well, expected to cost US$36 million.
