White Oak Resources IV LLC retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain properties located in South Texas across Webb, Duval, Goliad, Victoria, Starr and Hidalgo counties.

The offering comprises a diversified position of about 22,000 net acres (100% HBP) with operational control of high-quality, conventional gas properties across prolific regions plus low-decline stable production and a proven inventory of upside opportunities. Primary fields include including the South Callaghan Ranch, La Reforma, Mission Valley, Lopez Southeast and Nabors-El Benadito.

Bids are due Dec. 8. The transaction is expected to have a Jan. 1 effective date.
