Future Acquisition North Dakota LLC and Future Gathering North Dakota LLC retained TenOaks Energy Advisors LLC as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain operated assets in the Williston Basin. The offering includes about 17,500 gross (11,000 net) acres in North Dakota's Divide County. Cash flow from the asset averaged $258,000 per month over the last 12 months.
