Jamex Inc. retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain operated properties located in South Texas in Live Oak and Jackson counties. The offering includes about 5,033 net acres (100% HBP) and 10 operated producing wells with a projected net produced of 1.4 MMcfe/d (82% gas) for January.

Bids are due Jan. 20. The transaction is expected to have a Jan. 1 effective date.
