HEXP Resources LLC retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain operated properties located in the Permian Basin. The offering includes an active waterflood covering 4,826 gross (3,876 net) acres (100% HBP) in Cochran County, Texas, with projected next 12-month PDP net cash flow of $2.2 million.
