A private seller retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain mineral properties located in the Haynesville Shale in Louisiana’s Webster and Bienville parishes. The offering comprises 1,895 net royalty acres (normalized to 1/8th royalty) with 10 DSUs and a PDP PV-10 of $1.4 million. Operators include Aethon Energy, Chesapeake Energy and Comstock Resources.

Bids are due April 14. A virtual data room is open and the transaction is expected to have an effective date of April 1.
