LKD Corp. has retained Lantana Oil & Gas Properties to sell two gas units in East Texas. LKD is offering a 100% working interest (77% net revenue interest) in the William A. Doerge gas unit that covers 330.5 acres in Rusk County, Texas, and features one well producing 400,000 cubic feet of gas per day. The package also includes the Oak Hill Field, which has seven proven undeveloped locations, three probable and two possible. The company will also offer a 100% working interest (73% net revenue interest) in the E.M. Day Estate gas unit that covers 692 acres in Henderson County, Texas, and has one well producing 80,000 cubic feet of gas per day, and reserves of approximately 750 million cubic feet.
