Kilrush Petroleum Inc.

Kilrush Petroleum Inc. has retained Burks Oil and Gas Properties Inc. to sell its interests in the Edgerly and Barnes Creek fields in southwestern Louisiana. The Edgerly Field has five new producing completions in four wellbores with net production of approximately 75 barrels of oil and 60,000 cubic feet of gas per day. Net proven reserves are some 276,000 barrels of oil and 328 million cubic feet of gas on 800 gross acres. The Barnes Creek Field has one new gasproducing well, net production of approximately 192,000 cubic feet of gas and 17 barrels of oil per day and net proven reserves of some 416 million cubic feet of gas and 32,000 barrels of oil on approximately 320 gross acres.
