Journey Oil & Gas LLC has retained Griffis & Associates to sell assets in Texas and the Rocky Mountain region. The package includes assets in the Permian Basin in west Texas, and locations in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and New Mexico. The average working interest for the properties is 77% on 147 producing wells with total production of 1,581 barrels of oil equivalent per day and proved reserves of 10.3 million barrels of oil equivalent.
