J-W Operating Co. has retained Waterous & Co. to sell its assets in the DJ Basin, northeast Colorado. The assets include a working interest in numerous shallow gas fields in Yuma County, Colorado. Production is from the Niobrara at 1,500 to 2,800 feet. Current net production is approximately 8.5 million cubic feet of dry gas per day.
