Greenstar Energy Production LLC has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse's mid-value negotiated unit to sell certain operated producing properties and an undeveloped leasehold in Texas in a single package. The assets include a 100% working interest (75% to 88% net revenue interest) in more than 5,200 gross acres in Ochiltree and Hansford counties, including 10 operated producing wells, proved undeveloped locations, uphole completions and behind-pipe potential.
