Esso Exploration and Production U.K. Ltd. and Shell U.K. Ltd. have retained IndigoPool to seek farm-out or other offers for certain interests in the Central North Sea. The package equity in License P. 1259 consists of 20 Mid North Sea High blocks in exchange for assisting in drilling a well in the Corbenic prospect. The offer is 25% equity each from Esso and Shell for an asset swap, or partial equity in the nine Corbenic blocks for a farm-in offer.
