Enseco Energy Services Corp., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: ENS) plans to acquire privately held, Gonzales, Texas-based Petroleum Directional Services (PDS). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
PDS, a directional drilling company, is active with clients in the Eagle Ford and Austin Chalk plays in Texas.
PDS president Bob Henderson will transition to operations and sales at Enseco.
