Duncan Oil Inc. has retained Meagher Oil & Gas Properties to divest three packages. Package No. 1 is in Calcasieu Parish, La. The assets include one oil well and two gas wells with gross monthly production of 5,818 barrels of oil. Package No. 2 is in Louisiana and Texas. The assets are nonoperated and include gross proved, developed producing reserves of 56,000 barrels of oil and 3.71 billion cubic feet of gas. Package No. 3 is in Calcasieu and St. Mary parishes, La. The assets include four oil wells and six gas wells with gross proved, developed producing reserves of 651,000 barrels of oil and 4.56 billion cubic feet of gas.
