Crawford Hughes Operating Co.

Crawford Hughes Operating Co. has retained Lantana Oil & Gas Partners to sell certain sub-chalk leasehold in Giddings Field in Burleson, Brazos and Washington counties, Texas.

The package involves deep rights below the base of the Austin chalk formation including the Eagle Ford, Buda, Edwards and Georgetown formations on 20,309 gross acres (9,630 net). All acreage is held by production.

Upside includes 13 proved undeveloped horizontal Georgetown locations with net proved reserves of 23.6 billion cubic feet.
