Constellation Energy Partners LLC has retained Lantana Oil & Gas Partners to sell its Robinson’s Bend Field, a prolific Black Warrior Basin coalbed methane property located in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.

Constellation offers an operated interest (100% working interest, 75% net revenue interest) in over 44,000 net acres with 508 active wells. The field's gross production is 16.8 million cubic feet (MMcf) per day of natural gas, with 12.1 MMcf per day net to Constellation. Reserves were prepared by Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. as of September 30, 2012.

PDP reserves of 74.5 billion cubic feet (Bcf), with a present value of $90.3 million using a 10% discount rate. Net operating cash flow averages about $560,000 per month.

Bids will be due Nov. 21. The effective date will be Dec. 1, and the expected closing date is Jan. 17, 2013.
