ConocoPhillips has retained Scotia Waterous (USA) Inc. to sell certain assets in the Permian Basin, Texas Panhandle and the Rockies.
No further details on the packages were available. Data rooms will be open during the summer, with closing expected by end of the third quarter.
ConocoPhillips previously announced its intent to divest certain of its oil and gas assets in North America. The company reports these sales do not represent an exit from any of the regions.
