Chi Energy Inc. et al. have retained Scotia Waterous Inc. to sell certain producing assets in the Permian Basin. The package includes the company's interest in certain producing assets in Eddy County, New Mexico, with forecast fourthquarter 2005 net production of approximately 1,700 barrels of oil equivalent per day (70% oil). Net proved reserves on the properties are some 15.4 million barrels of oil equivalent. Major fields in the offering include the Benson Delaware, South Carlsbad, Happy Valley, HG and Turkey Track.
