Cherokee Horn Minerals LLC has retained Energy Spectrum Advisors Inc. to sell certain mineral and royalty interests in the Barnett shale in North Texas.

The package includes mineral and royalty interests in 8,942 gross unit acres in Tarrant, Johnson and Ellis counties. Cash flow for April was $73,450 from 73 producing wells across 29 units. Five of the producing wells are currently not in pay status but will be after transfer orders are completed.

Upside includes 11 wells waiting on completion and several proved undeveloped and probable drilling locations.
