The package includes 15,447 net acres in the Cotton Valley trend in Harrison County, Texas, with February 2006 projected net production of 15.9 million cubic feet of gas equivalent per day (88% gas; 86% operated) and net proved reserves of 140 billion cubic feet of gas equivalent (90% operated).
