Burrowing Owl Royalties has a 1.21875% ORRI covering about 18,540 acres in the property, operated by Newfield Exploration Co., in Dimmit County, Texas. Current net cash flows are around $210,000 per month. And net royalty production is about 93 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
