The Blanco Co. retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell nonoperated working interest in two producing wells in the Delaware Basin's Bone Spring and Wolfcamp formations in Eddy County, N.M., operated by Cimarex Energy Co.

Also includes overriding royalty interest in three wells operated by ConocoPhillips in the Upper Bone Springs Shale in Lea County, N.M.

Onsite and online bidding will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 at the Sheraton North Houston Hotel, 15700 JFK Blvd. in Houston. Presale begins at 8 a.m.
