Berco Resources LLC has retained Meagher Oil & Gas Properties Inc. to seek strategic alternatives for the development or sale of its assets in 67 Big Draw Field in Wyoming. The package includes 18,246 gross acres (16,024 net) in the northern portion of the Green River Basin in Sublette County on the LaBarge platform. The contiguous lease block is 59% fee acreage, of which the majority of non-held-by-production acreage expires in 2011 or later. Assets include 11 wells producing approximately 990,000 cubic feet per day. Estimated gas in place is 3 trillion cubic feet. Average monthly net cash flow for 2008 is $108,446. Berco additionally owns a CO2 removal and dehydration facility with a capacity of 5 million cubic feet per day and capable of increasing to 10 million. A six-mile owned gathering system connects to The Williams Cos. Opal facility. The bid due date is Oct. 31. The effective date is Nov. 1. Closing is expected Dec. 2.
