Bay Rock Operating Co. Inc.

Bay Rock Operating Co. Inc. has retained Raymond James & Associates to sell certain assets in the Eagle Ford oil window of South Texas.

The package includes 100% working interest (75% net revenue interest) in leases covering 11,110 gross acres in Frio, Dimmit and Zavala counties.

A six-inch pipeline operated by Genesis Gas & Oil LLC runs through the largest Frio County block and feeds into Pearsall Field network.

Upside includes potential to drill more than 75 locations on 120-acre spacing. There is also additional potential in the Buda, Austin chalk, Anacacho and Pearsall shale plays.
