To acquire a 540-acre lease in Coleman County.

Quest Oil Corp., Kerrville, Texas, (Pink Sheets: QOIL) is close to finalizing the acquisition of a 540-acre oil, gas and mineral lease in Coleman County, Texas. Quest has initiated imaging on additional acreage adjacent to the lease.

Joe Wallen, chief executive and director of Quest Oil, says, "The potential acquisition of this oil and gas lease, which is in its final stage, will add substantial reserves to the company's assets of approximately 1.6 million barrels of recoverable oil. We have initiated imaging by Hydrocarbon Imaging Inc. to be conducted on acreage adjacent to the current acreage we are finalizing."
