To farm into 35% WI in Conan prospect in East Irish Sea.

Serica Energy Plc (Toronto Venture, London AIM: SQZ) says it plans to farm out a 35% interest in its Conan prospect located in the East Irish Sea to an undisclosed buyer in exchange for 70% of the costs of the well.

The prospect is in East Irish Sea blocks 113/26b and 113/27c, in which Serica has a 100% interest.

Serica will remain operator of prospect.
