Concord, Ontario-based Epsilon Energy Ltd. (Toronto: EPS) has sold 3,160 acres in eastern Pennsylvania to an undisclosed buyer for US$10.7 million, receiving $3,400 per net acre. Epsilon focuses on the Marcellus shale and other gas and oil plays in North America, the Middle East and Africa.
