American Petro-Hunter Inc., Scottsdale, Ariz., (OTCBB: AAPH) plans to acquire production from two existing gas wells in West Texas from Texas-based Oxalis Energy Group for $1.5 million. Production is 1 million cubic feet per day. American Petro-Hunter will also have the rights to drill a minimum of 10 development locations.
